Snake has always missed some kind of jazz, some kind of sparkle to really strike it rich in the modern days. Some would argue, much like Pokémon, that it's because it's fine as it is, but I would disagree. It's a simple formula that, much like Pokémon, hasn't evolved much in recent times. Collect fruit, grow larger, the biggest threat being your ever-lengthening body.
